Membership is open for all USA and Bangladeshi individuals and all legal entities (companies and business organizations) registered or incorporated either in USA or Bangladesh and engaged in business and manufacturing activities involving these two countries.

Build up a membership base through incorporating of new members and retention of existing ones. This is achieved by

  • Encouraging co-operation and fraternity amongst members by organizing social and business events.

  1. Life Member: (Limited Person)

 

If you are a life member of organization, you have paid or been chosen to be a member for the rest of your life.

 

  1. General Member:

 

Any person who is actively engaged in a business, firm, association, corporation, partnership, or estate having an interest in the objectives of the ABCC shall be eligible to be a General Member. General Member shall have all the rights and privileges of regular Members. They shall pay such dues as may be fixed by the Board of Directors.

 

  1. Corporate Member:

 

Any company who is actively engaged in their business (Limited Company, Group Of Company etc.) in the USA and Bangladesh shall be eligible to be a Corporate Member. Corporate Member shall have all the rights and privileges of regular Members, and is eligible to cast one vote and holding office. They shall pay such dues as may be fixed by the Board of Directors.

 

  1. Honorary Member:

 

Distinction in public affairs shall confer eligibility to honorary membership. Honorary Members shall have all the privileges of Members, except the right to vote or to hold office, and shall be exempt payment of dues.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Individual Member:

 

Any person who is not actively engaged in their own business shall be eligible to be an Individual Member. Any person from any legal profession shall be eligible to be an Individual Member. Individual Member has all the rights and privileges of regular Members. They shall pay such dues as may be fixed by the Board of Directors.
